The team members are responsible for the teaching of public service management, labor and social security for both undergraduate students and postgraduate students of public administration. The team has made great achievements in guiding and training young and middle-aged teachers, and has formed a team with advanced education concept, high teaching level and strong teaching and scientific research ability.

Main achievements: In recent years, the team has undertaken 27 provincial and university-level education and teaching reform projects, published more than 10 high-quality textbooks and professional books, and published more than 20 educational reform papers as the first author. It has undertaken 42 national and provincial social science funds, and its report has received important instructions from state leaders.
