2. Direct associate professors and pre-employment teachers
1) Direct associate professors are employed as associate professors (grade 7 post) with long-term appointment, enjoying corresponding salary and benefits. Pre-employment teachers will have a basic annual salary of 150,000 yuan and enjoy performance-based rewards.
2) Providing research start-up fee with the amount of CNY10000.
3) Providing the housing with full property right and settlement allowance. If the applicants passes the examination during the first employment period (three years), the university will provide an apartment of 120-140 square meters (or equivalent purchase subsidy). Those who worked in the university for more than 10 years and passed the annual employment assessment shall have the property right of their houses.
4) Provide high-quality educational resources for the children of the telents, such as kindergarten, primary school and middle school .
